Job seekers especially ones who have been frantically looking for a job tend to give out the energy of desperation as opposed to a job seeker who already possess a job. This works not just for jobs but in other areas of your life. When you already are in possession of what you seek its just easier to upgrade. Having a job from an employer’s stand point makes you more attractive because you are already in demand so to speak. You are the same person but one version of you has this I can take it or leave it energy that can make you more attractive. Works the same in relationships.
